Ballotino Leonardo Vittorio Lorenze was a somewhat mysterious figure in the world of perfumery. He was born in the 20th century in a small Alpine village in northern Italy and began experimenting with scents at a young age. He was inspired by the wild herbs and flowers from the area, and his Italian background clearly influenced his style.

He never founded a large perfume house, but his formulas and creations quickly became known in exclusive circles across Europe. Many major brands bought his formulas and used them as the foundation for their own perfumes.

What made Lorenze special was his ability to combine exotic and more natural, earthy scents. His most well-known fragrance blended ripe mango with deep tonka bean notes and became a symbol of luxury and innovation. At the same time, he was very private and produced his perfumes in small quantities. They were only sold in a few locations, often hidden in exclusive boutiques across Europe – especially in Italy.

His mysterious approach and limited availability made him a legend, even though only a few people today know his full story. His name still stands for quality, craftsmanship, and the pursuit of perfection.
