How long does the processing of a return take?
If you wish to return an item, we recommend contacting us via email at [email protected].
Please send us the products along with the return form. You can find the return form here.

You need to return the item to our warehouse partner in Denmark, who handles our returns and complaints. The address can be found at the end of the form (and on the shipping label).

How many days does the processing of a return take?
We strive to handle complaints as quickly as possible and always within one week. If you have any questions in this regard, please contact [email protected].

Who bears the shipping costs for returns?
The buyer bears the cost of return shipping, see our terms and conditions.
We do not charge a storage fee or fee for the return shipment of the item.

What to do if I want to change the specified delivery address?
If you wish to correct your delivery address, please contact us at [email protected], we will then, if possible, change the delivery address. We usually ship the item on all weekdays at 3:00 PM.

Complaints
Our goal is satisfied customers. Therefore, we are proud that the products you ordered meet the requirements of quality and functionality. If you have received an incorrect or defective product, please send us a return request and follow the instructions you receive. The right of return is guaranteed by law, further information can be found here. To expedite the complaint process, you should fill out the return form, which describes the individual steps.

Returns/Right of Withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with the product or no longer want it, you have the right to cancel your order. At Tryasample.eu, you have 90 days from receipt of the product to ensure that it meets your expectations. If you return the product, it must be intact and in a saleable condition. If you decide to return the product, you must inform us within this period. We will then refund the purchase price or replace the product with another, depending on your preference.
The return form is not required for the right of withdrawal, but it facilitates the complaint process (and therefore faster for you).
