Return Processing Time

We aim to process all returns and complaints as quickly as possible, and always within 7 days after receiving your package.
 

How to Return an Item

Please contact us at [email protected] before sending your return.
Send the product together with the return form if possible.
 

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
 

Important – Returns outside EU

When returning a package from to us to Denmark, all costs must be fully paid by the customer, including shipping, customs duties, VAT, and any additional fees.

All returns must be sent as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
We do not accept packages with unpaid customs or VAT.

The package must be delivered directly to our address.
We do not collect packages from parcel shops or pickup points.

If these requirements are not met, the return may be refused.

Please note that return costs from outside EU to Denmark can be around 30-100 eur including shipping, customs, and VAT.

We are not responsible for paying customs, VAT, or import costs.
 

Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
Orders are shipped on weekdays at 15:00.
 

Complaints

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us and follow the instructions provided.
 

Right of Withdrawal

You have 90 days from receiving your order to request a return.
The product must be unused and in sellable condition.
