Important – Returns outside EUWhen returning a package from to us to Denmark, all costs must be fully paid by the customer, including shipping, customs duties, VAT, and any additional fees. All returns must be sent as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). The package must be delivered directly to our address. If these requirements are not met, the return may be refused. Please note that return costs from outside EU to Denmark can be around 30-100 eur including shipping, customs, and VAT. We are not responsible for paying customs, VAT, or import costs.
