Secure customer authentication
' What is payment authentication? Payment authentication or 3-D Secure is a payment process that enables customer authentication and reduces the risk of card misuse.
' What's new?
Under the new rules, customers must authorize the transaction at the checkout. This can be done by scanning the fingerprint in the banking app on the smartphone or by entering a code received by SMS. This way, the bank can best verify whether it is the cardholder who wants to make an online payment.
' Who can I contact for more information?
Your card-issuing company must send you information about the payment authentication process. We have no influence on the payment authentication process. If you encounter problems during the authentication process, please contact your card-issuing company directly.
' When paying by credit card, the invoice amount will be debited on the day the goods leave the warehouse. Before that, the amount will simply be reserved on your credit card.
' When paying in advance with Klarna Invoice, you pay for your ordered goods upon receipt. The payment term is 14 days. You will receive the invoice by email. If you have not received an invoice, please contact Klarna.
' Purchase on account via Klarna (if you are creditworthy).

Payment is made to Klarna. In the case of purchase on account, payment processing is carried out in cooperation with our external partner Klarna AB, Norra Stationsgatan 61, 113 43 Stockholm, to whom we assign our payment claims. Payment is made after receipt of the goods by Klarna. In this case, the invoice amount is due for payment to our partner Klarna GmbH within 14 days after delivery. In this case, you can only pay to Klarna GmbH with debt-discharging effect. The possibility of payment by invoice via Klarna is subject, among other things, to a successful identity and credit check by Klarna GmbH. Further information can be found at www.klarna.de and in Klarna's data protection regulations.
If creditworthiness cannot be ensured, Klarna may refuse payment by invoice to the customer and must inform about alternative payment options. The complete terms and conditions for purchasing on account for deliveries can be found here.
We also remain responsible for general customer inquiries (e.g. about goods, delivery time, shipping), returns, complaints, cancellations, and refunds of payments when paying via Klarna. Your order data will be forwarded to Klarna. Invoicing takes place upon delivery. There are no additional transaction fees for this payment method.

Shipping services and delivery times
You can choose between two shipping methods:
' Local Carriers (If you select the local carrier shipping method, your order will be shipped to you with tracking)
' GLS (With the GLS shipping method, tracking is possible and your order will be insured when shipped to you.) You can view the shipping costs here under the section: Delivery and shipping. The different delivery times also depend on the availability of the product. The delivery times are listed next to the respective products. There are four types of information that will inform you about the availability of the products.
' In stock, immediate delivery (4-7 working days)
' Not in stock, expected delivery time: 8-17 working days

Guidelines for delayed/lost deliveries
The delivery time is specified individually for each product (usually 4-17 working days).
You will automatically receive an email when your order is packed and shipped. We strive to provide accurate price and availability information on our website.

The delivery time is specified individually for each product (usually 4 to 7 working days). You will automatically receive an email when your order is packed and shipped. We strive to provide accurate price and availability information on our website; however, in rare cases, our products may have an incorrect price.
If you have not received your order within 17 working days after shipping, please contact tryasample customer service immediately regarding the loss or delay at [email protected]. When you contact us, you will receive one of the following solution proposals from us.

Guidelines for failed deliveries
It may happen that a package returned with the note "delivery failed" to tryasample.eu. This usually happens within 4-7 working days, but in some cases, it may take longer.
Reasons for failed deliveries:
The recipient has moved
No reception
Incomplete address
Unavailable address
The recipient is unknown
The order was refused
Not picked up from the delivery location

If none of the above reasons apply to you, you will be notified by email of the failed delivery attempt and asked to either provide a (new) delivery address or confirm the order details, if desired.
Reasons 1 and 2: You are responsible for the cost of redelivery, and the order will be shipped within 48-72 hours after notification (provided the payment has been registered), unless we receive other instructions.
Reasons 3 - 5: You are responsible for the cost of redelivery, and the order will be shipped after confirmation of the delivery address and registration of payment.
Reasons 6 - 7: You will be notified, but tryasample will not take any further action until we receive new instructions from you. If we do not receive notification within 30 days of receipt of the products, the goods will be returned to our inventory without further action.
Note: You will not receive information about the order or payment status.
Note:
If you have accidentally entered an incorrect address, please contact our customer service at [email protected] as soon as you notice the error.
A new delivery will be made at the same price as the original delivery, and you will receive all information by email. If the delivered item is still in transit, you can cancel the delivery or request a replacement delivery after 10 working days. Contact our customer service to find a solution.

Guidelines for cancelling purchases and returning goods
If you are not satisfied with the product or no longer want it, you have the right to cancel your order. At Tryasample.eu, you have 90 days from receipt of the product to ensure that it meets your expectations. If you return the product, it must be intact and in a saleable condition. If you decide to return the product, you must inform us by email within this period: [email protected]. We will refund the purchase price or replace the product with another, depending on your preferences.
The return form is not required for the right of withdrawal, but it facilitates the complaint processing (and therefore faster for you).

However, tryasample.eu is not liable for
a) Operational losses, loss of time, lost profits, or other indirect damages
b) Damage caused by errors in products or services of providers other than tryasample.eu - e.g., electricity companies, telecommunications companies, and Internet providers, etc., even if these products and services are connected, combined, or related to a tryasample.eu product.
c) Damages resulting from the improper operation of a tryasample.eu product or service
