At tryasample.eu all prices are inclusive of the statutory VAT of 25%



You can only order online in the following way from tryasample.eu:

› Enter your personal data (step 1)
› Enter the payment method and shipping method (step 2)
› Confirm your order (step 3)
› Enter your credit card number (step 4)
(This step is not included for prepayments and corporate accounts)
› You will receive a confirmation of your order by email (step 5)

› What is payment authorisation?
Payment authorisation or 3-D Secure is a payment process that allows the customer to be authorised and minimises the risk of card fraud.

> What is new?
The new check-out rules require customers to authorise the transaction. They can do this by scanning their fingerprint on their smartphone banking app or by entering a code received via SMS. This is the best way for the bank to confirm that it is the credit card holder trying to make a payment online.

› Who do I contact for more information?
Your card issuers should send you information on the payment authorisation process. We do not control the payment authorisation process. If you have any problems with the authorisation process, please contact your card issuer directly.

› If you pay by credit card, the invoice amount will be debited on the day the product leaves the warehouse. Before then, the amount is only pre-reserved on your credit card.

› With the Klarna invoice prepayment method, you only pay for the products you have ordered when you receive them. The payment period is 14 days. You will receive the invoice by email.

› Purchase on account via Klarna (with creditworthiness). Payment is made to Klarna on a case-by-case basis. For purchases on account, payment is processed in co-operation with our external partner, Klarna AB, Norra Stationsgatan 61, 113 43 Stockholm, to whom we transfer our payment claims. Payment is made to Klarna after receipt of the products. In this case, the invoice amount is due for payment to our partner Klarna GmbH within 14 days of delivery. In this case, you can only make payments to Klarna GmbH with debt-discharging effect. The offer of the payment option purchase on account via Klarna requires, among other things, a successful identity and credit check, which is carried out by Klarna GmbH. Further information can be found at Klarna and in Klarna's data protection statement. If your creditworthiness is not guaranteed, Klarna may refuse the customer the payment on account method and must point to alternative payment options.

Even when paying via Klarna, we remain responsible for general customer enquiries (e.g., about products, delivery time, shipping), returns, complaints, declarations, and shipments of cancellation or for your claims for reimbursement of payments made.


Shipping services and delivery times

You have the option to choose the following shipping service:

> Delivery to your door (3-5 working days)
> GLS (2-4 working days)

Delivery and shipping. The different delivery times also depend on the availability of the products. The delivery times are taken out for the respective products. You have 2 types of information that tell you about the availability of a product.

> In stock - Immediate delivery (3-5 working days)
› Remote warehouse, estimated delivery time 5-10 business days + 3-5 business days

Policy for delayed/lost parcels

The delivery time is specified individually for each product (usually this is three to six working days). You will automatically receive an email when your order is packed and shipped. We strive to provide accurate information on prices and availability on our website; nevertheless, in special cases, our products may be mislabelled.
If you have not received your order within 4-6 business days after shipping, please notify tryasample.eu Customer Service immediately of the loss/delay. As soon as we have been contacted by you, you will receive a solution proposal from us.


Unsuccessful delivery policy

From time to time, a package may be returned to tryasample.eu and labelled as " Unsuccessful delivery". This usually happens within 10-15 business days, but in some cases it may take longer.
Reasons for unsuccessful deliveries:
- Received crooked
- No assumption
- Incomplete address
- Unavailable address
- Unknown recipient
- Rejected
- Undeclared

If none of the above reasons apply to you, you will be notified by email of the unsuccessful delivery attempt and you will be sent a request for a delivery address or confirmation of order details if requested.

Reason 1 and 2
You will be responsible for the cost of redelivery and the order will be shipped within 48-72 hours after notification (if payment has been registered), unless otherwise instructed by tryasample.eu.

Reason 3-5
You will bear the cost of redelivery and the order will be shipped after confirmation of the delivery address and after registration of the payment.

Reason 6 and 7
You will be notified, but Tryasample.co.uk will not take any further action until we receive new instructions from you. If we do not receive notification within 30 days of receipt of the products, the products will be returned to our warehouse without further action*.
* You will not receive any information about the order or payment status.

A message:

If you have accidentally entered an incorrect address, please contact our customer service during opening hours.
A new delivery will be at the same price as the original delivery and you will receive all the information by email.

If the shipped products are in transit, you can cancel the delivery or request a replacement product after 10 working days. Contact our customer service to find a solution.



tryasample.eu is liable for personal injury or damage to property according to the general rules of relevant law (eu customer law) caused by the products and services provided by tryasample.eu. However, tryasample.eu is not liable for a) operating losses, loss of time, loss of profit or other indirect losses b) damages resulting from defects in products or services provided by parties other than tryasample.eu - e.g. electricity companies, telecommunications companies and internet service providers etc. even if these products and services are connected to, merged with or linked to a tryasample.eu product) damages resulting from improper operation of a tryasample.eu product or service.
