Shipping costs
 

Shipping costs start from €5.95. Orders with a value of €100 or more qualify for free shipping within Europe.

Shipping providers

Shipping is handled by GLS or your local carrier
After dispatch, the delivery can be adjusted via the carrier’s website, e.g. redirected to a ParcelShop. We automatically choose the fastest shipping method, and you will receive an email with information about how your parcel was shipped.

Processing time

The standard processing time is 1–2 business days, plus an estimated 2–4 business days for delivery.

Delivery time

The estimated delivery time is:

  • 2–4 business days for in-stock items

  • 5–10 business days for items from an external warehouse
     

For orders that include both in-stock and external-warehouse items, the longest delivery time applies. Shipping costs are charged only once. Shipping does not take place on weekends or public holidays.

Order cut-off time

Orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM are usually processed the same day.

Shipping confirmation

After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
